Ed leads Bolder Industries’ engineering team developing the latest technology for tire and waste recycling, including upgrades to existing facilities and designing the future plant.
Mike Kumbalek | Technical Director, BolderBlack
Mike has been involved in rubber compounding, processing, and plant management for over 43 years. Products manufactured with his compounds can be found on Mars, the moon, submersibles (which found the Titanic and the USS Indianapolis), nuclear reactors, Formula 1 race cars, and other racing venues.
Michael Jacobsson | Director of Key Accounts
Michael brings over a decade of technical and commercial experience in the commodities and specialty chemicals markets. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from UT Austin and began his career as a Research Scientist for Sid Richardson Carbon.
Jessica Hogan | Vice President of Communications
Jessica brings 20 years in brand and marketing communications and business strategy to Bolder Industries. She most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Greenhouse Scholars.
Debbie Driskell | Office Manager, Maryville
Debbie manages the office at our manufacturing plant in Maryville. She has a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations and over 25 years of administrative and office management experience in an industrial setting.
