Ken is a Stanford Law School grad who has 35 years of legal, business, and sustainability experience in various roles, including Chief Sustainability Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer for NYSE traded companies.

Ed leads Bolder Industries’ engineering team developing the latest technology for tire and waste recycling, including upgrades to existing facilities and designing the future plant.

Mike has been involved in rubber compounding, processing, and plant management for over 43 years. Products manufactured with his compounds can be found on Mars, the moon, submersibles (which found the Titanic and the USS Indianapolis), nuclear reactors, Formula 1 race cars, and other racing venues.

Michael brings over a decade of technical and commercial experience in the commodities and specialty chemicals markets. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from UT Austin and began his career as a Research Scientist for Sid Richardson Carbon.

Jessica brings 20 years in brand and marketing communications and business strategy to Bolder Industries. She most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Greenhouse Scholars.

Debbie manages the office at our manufacturing plant in Maryville. She has a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations and over 25 years of administrative and office management experience in an industrial setting.

Michael is the CRO and President of Bolder Industries Europe, heading up strategic partnerships and leading our European expansion efforts.

Michael has spent the last 20+ years leading financial operations for publicly traded companies such as  Coors and Crocs, and privately held Aspect Energy LLC.

Tony Wibbeler leads Bolder Industries with not only a great passion for protecting our environment but also the commitment of a successful entrepreneur who is equally dedicated to solving real-world challenges for positive-planet impact. Bolder Industries creates innovative products to bring sustainability to the rubber and plastics industry. As a certified B-Corp, Tony cultivates a company culture that enhances the lives of his employees, community, and the planet.

Nate connects technology to products and focuses on the production of these products in the most economical fashion. Nate has been with Bolder Industries since the development of the dream and has utilized his engineering background to transform the vision into reality in Maryville, Missouri.

Leslie has over 20 years of experience helping companies grow and develop teams. She worked at T-Mobile and Suros as a development specialist, responsible for employee training and performance evaluation.

Robert brings 30 years of global experience managing, acquiring, founding, building, merging, and selling companies. He is the Founder and Manager of Aravaipa Ventures, the only Colorado-centric Cleantech Venture Capital Fund.
